Wests Tigers duo Zane Musgrove and AJ Kepaoa are beneath investigation by NSW Law enforcement pursuing an incident in the early hours of Sunday early morning at a Sydney pub. The pair were denied entry into the Coogee Bay Lodge in Sydney’s east at all around 3am on Sunday when law enforcement allege they became abusive and refused to go on. They ended up then detained and taken to Maroubra Law enforcement Station the place Kepaoa, 20, was fined for failure to shift on from the pub when directed. Musgrove, 24, was not fined and neither participant was charged, while police have confirmed the investigation is ongoing and additional motion is envisioned. “Just prior to 3am nowadays (Sunday), officers from Eastern Shorelines Police Spot Command attended a certified premises on Arden Road, Coogee and spoke to stability who had refused entry to a quantity of patrons,” a NSW Police statement examine. “Police spoke to a team of folks outside, directing them to leave the vicinity when two adult men allegedly grew to become abusive, refusing to do so. “Equally adult men, aged 20 and 24, were arrested and taken to Maroubra Police Station ahead of staying released shortly after. “The more youthful gentleman has considering the fact that been issued an infringement for excluded human being continue to be in vicinity of accredited premises. “Further more motion is expected, inquiries go on.” The Coogee Bay Hotel is the same pub the place Musgrove was accused of indecently assaulting a female on a dancefloor in late 2018. He was acquitted of the charge in April of 2020. Prior to the 2018 incident, the Tigers experienced signed Musgrove but the NRL did not register the agreement, properly leaving him sidelined for a 12 months when he went by the lawful method. He has since performed six online games for the club in 2020, whilst Kepaoa performed 5 video games on the wing at the close of last season. The Tigers have confirmed they are mindful of the incident and are cooperating with the investigations.
