A new boutique lodge is coming to downtown Greenville. Kimpton Lodges announced design will start out in July. A new brewery, restaurant, coffee shop, rooftop bar and event area are part of the strategy. The resort will be designed at the corner of Markley and Rhett streets. There will be 134 lodge rooms and 25 luxury condominiums. The hope is to complete building in the summer months of 2024.
