The hotel’s desired destination restaurant, Landrace, helmed by San Antonio chef and James Beard Award finalist Steve McHugh, will celebrate regional components and heritage growers. McHugh will collaborate with Texas farmers and growers for substances ranging from quail eggs and cabrito to black garlic and Bloody Butcher corn. &#13

The Moon’s Daughters — a 300-seat cafe and bar perched on the hotel’s 20th floor — will give a Mediterranean-encouraged menu from government chef Robert Cantu, a San Antonio indigenous. The dining spot’s little plates will contain components this kind of as charred and preserved lemon, area honey, roasted pistachios, community eggplant, fried mint and Marcona almonds.&#13
